- Cancellation: Please allow at least 24 hours notice before canceling your appointment for all coloring and styling services. For appointments made on the same day, please allow at least 3 hours notice prior to canceling.
- Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards, traveler's checks, personal checks, gift certificates and cash. We do not accept gratuities on credit cards.
- House Calls: If you should want one of our stylists to come to your location to perform a service, the price of the service is doubled, and a 20% gratuity will be added.
- SpaHampton Gift Certificates are not redeemable for Rubann hair services
- Rubann Gift Certificates are not redeemable for Spa Hampton services
