Cancellation: Please allow at least 24 hours notice before canceling your appointment for all coloring and styling services. For appointments made on the same day, please allow at least 3 hours notice prior to canceling.
Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, personal checks, gift certificates and cash. We do not accept gratuities on credit cards.
House Calls: If you want a stylist to come to your location, the price of the service is doubled, and a 20% gratuity will be added.
